Style and elegance to the max This shop, though relatively small, has class to spare. Beautiful antique and new furniture pieces, carpets, and various other home furnishings such as elegant imported napkins, candles, and china and glass pieces, and more. All in the best of taste and absolutely beautiful. It's not inexpensive, but then, you wouldn't expect such quality to be cheap. Buy something here and you'll have it forever.
Gem of a shop in West Chester This is a lovely little shop with old-world elegance. The owner travels to Europe regularly to bring back unusual and beautiful furniture and decorative pieces and blends them with luxurious soaps, candles, pillows, artwork, oriental carpets, sculpture and jewelry from local artists. We never fail to find something wonderful for a gift or to enhance our home. The prices are surprisingly reasonable.
Chester County favorite I head for Acorn Cottage any time I'm in the area. The shopkeeper is friendly and she curates an ever-changing display with impeccable taste. I'd love to be able to buy the entire store, but I'm always grateful to leave with pieces accessible to a selective shopper on a budget.
Big Disappointment Was very disappointed with the service & selection of antiques here. The owner (she) was rude & condescending. Prices are high for the sub-par quality of items.
