Total scam! Price was $162.00 on line confirmed got there over $700.00 obviously did not rent from them. Went to other car rental totally happy
DONT DO IT ! Run !! They will lie and take your money ! My grandma who is 70 years old rented a car for 3 days and they lied and said she was smoking and she don’t smoke. They took $500 out of her bank account and showed no proof that she was smoking in the car. This went on for months and I finally just let it go because battling back and forth was not worth it. Worst place to rent a car, service was terrible and the car had dent in the inside panel, and needed an alignment. Steering shock when speed exceeded 60. Overall horrible experience
Horrible customer service and communication from the start. The directions they gave to get to the location for shuttle pick up was not correct. Then once i arrived to the correct location to call for the shuttle it asked for a pin that they never gave which is from a third party. I had to put in a fake pin for them to at least call me back and see who I was. Simon who is the dispatcher was nothing but rude and he told me it would be 40 mins or less. This place is highly unprofessional you can’t get through the airport shuttle number and because of that I called there Miami international airport location and the Spanish lady working there answering the calls is VERY unprofessional, I hope the calls are recorded because the lady hung up the phone in my ears more than once, first while I was talking and asking why the presentation was cancelled and then when I called back she picked up my voice and just immediately told me it’s canceled and I can’t get a refund if I paid o... read more
