Manager could use a hard lesson in manners. LANCE I believe. Nasty when I asked if they could please send boots from UES to soho , I mean its the same store!! he very curtly and obnoxiously cut me off, and altho I live in soho 2 minutes from greene street, he told me to go get them on UES, that there are NO STORE TRANSFERS. they have NO IDEA the type of customer they just lost. Good riddance.
Our shopping experience was second to non! Staff and management was so helpful and friendly even though the store was packed they all had time to help.
