This bank is terrible. Kept $120 in overdraft fees after a PayPal electronic error. Should not charge people for their spending of money that is not there. This was extremely abnormal for a 15 year account user and no one or their program caught the abnormal incident. These people will not protect you money and will steal from you “legally” while claiming since it wasn’t their fault they can just take your money.
We did leave this bank due to high fees, and getting help was hard, however in person the bank tellers are super friendly and will go out of their way to help. It's the back office that needs an upgrade to their training.
