PayPal made 5 withdrawals in one day by mistake which overdrow my account, so ACNB charged me five fees for over $30 each. I called ACNB, explained, they asked for evidence, I even sent the letter that PayPal sent to me, clearly stating it was their mistake and even though they didn't refund all the fees. Also, one day I sent message asking about the procedure to close a joint account and instead of answering my question they just closed the account (I only needed the information!), so that caused me a lot of problems!
The employees of ACNB always make you feel like a valued account holder. Out of any bank that I've had accounts with during my life the Adams County National Bank (ACNB) has been the best and now I wouldn't want to doing my banking through any other institution .
