I called CS and was told no appointment was needed. It's a shame ACNB will not train there tellers on multiple functions. They can handle more than they are given credit for. Alizaya Myers waited on us. We needed to close a safe deposit box. She stated we would have to wait for a customer service rep. The CS center gave us incorrect information. She did not know how to close one. She went the extra mile to call Julie Marshall, who I believe is a supervisor or manager. She gave Alizaya instructions over the phone, and we got ... read more
