EDIT: I CAN NOT RECOMMEND ANYMORE. After a miscommunication, this bank would not help make my account right. Tried asking for a supervisor, to which I was never given a name. Called their corporate number, and was never called back by their regional or district manager like I was told would call me back by lady on phone. They only care about new customers and not taking care of longterm ones. Branch is nice, company as a whole sucks, customer service told me I was liar about what I was told by a customer service the day prior got hit with a charge so closed my account today. Been with them 15-20 years due to it being convenient and the only bank in Fairfield. Would not recommend as there’s better options in the area outside of Fairfield
The folks at the Fairfield PA branch are so friendly and super nice. They always take of me. I can go in having a rough day and I am leaving with a smile.
