Branch is nice, company as a whole sucks, customer service told me I was liar about what I was told by a customer service the day prior got hit with a charge so closed my account today. Been with them 15-20 years due to it being convenient and the only bank in Fairfield. Would not recommend as there’s better options in the area outside of Fairfield
The folks at the Fairfield PA branch are so friendly and super nice. They always take of me. I can go in having a rough day and I am leaving with a smile.
