Very unprofessional. I went to the branch in person and signed the paperwork for a new debit card. After almost 3 weeks of waiting, I called customer service and was told they could see the paperwork I signed, but the order was never submitted. They had to place a new order, and now I have to wait another 2 weeks. Very disappointing service.Time to look for a new bank.
My favorite thing ever is to waste my time. Driving an hour to a bank that is closed at 1pm. After being a member of this bank for nearly 11 years it's time to part ways. Never is there a time that is accessible to working people. Now being closed mid-week. Can't pop by on a Saturday because you don't like to be open then either.
Best bank in the world and everybody is always so nice to me!!
Great local bank with professional and personal relationships. The employees actually want to help and care about customers. You do not feel like a number.
