Just like most trucking companies ACME is a horrible company to work for. They have a inexperienced dispatch team that will give you loads that you don't have the hours to complete. I was given a load from Utah to California and I immediately informed them that I don't have the hours to complete the trip. They didn't care and asked me to take the load anyway. Be careful fellow Drivers—they asked me for $200 deposit BEFORE orientation or drug test. To which I refused. Plus their “office” comes up as a Wells Fargo next to a Dollar Tree. No trucks in sight. And when I called their number , it was an Indian/Paki guy that could barely speak English. I chose not to pursue employment with this carrier Because of all the red flags.
