I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was absolutely the worst I've encountered. The receptionist was not only disrespectful but also unprofessional, showing zero patience or helpfulness with our questions. To make matters worse, she actually slammed the payment terminal when I was trying to complete my transaction. The warehouse workers were equally problematic. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I had a dreadful experience at this store. The customer service was absolutely horrible—one of the worst I’ve encountered. I saw this place online and thought I'd give it a shot, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I could make. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the warehouse workers were no better; they made rude remarks and offered no help. I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly suggest that you avoid this store as well.
