I don’t set appointments to buy anything you want my business be open when I come in I guess everybody can afford to miss sales
When we bought our brick we asked if we order to much can we return unused full pallets, we were to there would be a 15% restocking charge. Unfortunately our Mason has us order to much. We tried to return the extra 4 pallets and was told they would not take them back. Not a very ethical way to run a business. I will never recommend them to any one or shop there ever again.
Wanted to buy paint for my brick but never would get back with me after saying they would twice. Poor service
Slow workers, un complete orders. People here are rude and dont care about customer service, i should of went to lowes!
