Very thorough staff. I had no idea, but they knew my tires were installed backwards and fixed them. The fitting experience was effortless and effective. I no longer have shoulder aches. My new bike seat is comfortable not a torture chamber. Riding in pain or discomfort is unnecessary -even if you are not in “bike shape”. Let ACME help you.

Colin is an amazing bike fitter. Not only does he do a great job fitting you and matching appropriate frames - there are other that do that too, He really gets you. The way you ride, how you move on the saddle, what your strengths and weakness are as well as you degree of flexability. Wrap that all up and you have an amazing ride that is super comfortanble and FAST. Knows the difference between Road, Gravel and Tri and fits accordingly. Great staff. If you are considering spending $$ on a new bike and you ride frequently, it is an absolute must to have a fitting. I did not know or understand this prior to visiting Colin at Acme Katonah. His knowledge and skill is unparalleled. Kind of like finding a best-in-class boot fitter for skiing, a shop like this is a game changer for your cycling.

Great great experience with ACME and my bike fit. Colin is terrific and clearly a professional and very experienced at his craft. They will shortly be setting up a customized bike training set up in my office and this far all the details regarding it are in place .
