Will deduct payment from good trucking companies and good truck drivers because they have some unheard policies about timeframes on private customers, when it should be up to the customer what time is convenient for them to get their car picked up or deliver, not up to the broker who has no idea what truckers goes thorough to help their customers. Absolutely Terrible Experience — Beware! I had an extremely disturbing and unprofessional experience with this car shipping company. My vehicle, which was supposed to be transported less than half a mile to a flatbed in Putnam County, NY, was instead driven unauthorized for over 200 miles all around NYC, including Yonkers, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. Worst experience ever having to ship a car. Found this company and I warn everyone DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It’s beyond unreliable communication isn’t even a word for them. Professional? Apparently they never heard of it before. The car was suppose to be picked up on a Monday so I called them on Sunday to verify because the times I shipped my car with other companies they will call you the day prior to confirm the time. I am beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed with this truck and the company responsible for its condition. Not only does the roof and left side pillar have deep, glaring dents, but the hood is also covered in scratches. Besides the scratches it’s clear the company tampered with the vehicle by replacing the front windshield with a cheap aftermarket glass that was poorly installed. This company showed me great customer service and kept me updated on my delivery step by step. They were both very polite and cared about my vehicle that they were transporting.
