I just called today , chose a dial back , and they responded in less than a minute to my surprise after reading so many negative reviews . Many ppl don't realize these ppl have little money and fewer attorneys and others working for little or no money. Cost of law school and cost of living higher, means most attys chose different career paths. the need for free help is huge.
