Horrible customer service and extremely high late fees and connection fee. I just moved and started using ACL. After not receiving my bill and going over the due date, they refused to drop the \$25 late charge.. Even though I just paid the \$200 deposit and had been waiting for my bill so I knew what to pay. ACL loves those fees, turning a \$15 bill into a \$40 bill.
