this company was recommended to myself, they offered a fantastic service and very prompt, i would highly recommend them.
My brother and I went to Akland Solicitors to get our flat leases extended two and a half years ago. We have asked several times about progress and had no satisfactory answer. We have chased and been fobbed off. It's always someone else causing the problem. Eight months ago we made enquiries and have still had no reply. Next step is the ombudsman. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere if they want to extend a lease.
