Absolutely horrendous. I've asked this firm to arrange for a quit claim deed when my divorce was finalized. My divorce was run of the mill, yet this law firm had no idea if I need a quit claim deed?! This is a common divorce question and yet they don't know? And when they got around to founding out I don't need to file a quit claim deed, they billed me $230 for finding out the answer to a common question!
