I wanted to express how badly Roberto treated me during this tax filing. I was a customer of his for many years. I recently began asking questions because I had done some research on filing under a Schedule C instead of Schedule E. I'm learning everyday, so I assumed I could ask my tax professional for guidance. Instead, Roberto discouraged me indicating there were no benefits or reason for filing as a Schedule C.
