They have done a great job representing our HOA. They are quick to respond and provide practical legal advice.
Rude hung up the phone on me because I told him he’s basically extorting clients. Charging “legal fees” at their own discretion to leave you in a hole. Instead of explaining and helping the situation Tom had a very prissy attitude when all I wanted to know was how can I clear my debt instead he wanted to have a shouting match over the phone. Very unprofessional, will send a complaint over the CFPB
