ACityDiscount has been dishonest and nontransparent with me with the return of my equipment. I originally ordered an upblast fan of the wrong size in which I refused the order. Larry (an employee there) notified me that there would be a restocking fee of 25% from the manufacturer which would be reduced to 15% on the condition that I order a replacement one from them.
