Absolutely awful to deal with. Booked an appointment online and received an email confirmation of appointment request with instructions to wait for a confirmation email. It never came so I followed up via email the morning of the “appointment” and no response. So I called 45 minutes prior to confirm and the admin stated they didn’t have my email to confirm my booking so unless I could be there in 10 minutes for paperwork it would be cancelled.
I did not have a good experience with this business. Jenifer does not have good business practices. Jennifer was helping me with some generalized inflammation/muscle pain. Initially everything seemed great, until she promised me a plan to help with my pain. She told me it would take a week or so. I continued to come about once a week to be treated by her while she put the plan together. Every time I got there she had some excuse as to why she hasn’t been able to finish or send me the plan.
