I started therapy for a back injury in mid December, discharged from care at the very start of March. My first appointment was available within two days of referral from the Valley Bone and Joint Clinic. Achieve Therapy has very flexible hours and offers rescheduling of personal appointments for physical therapy. I had two appointments per week with exercises assigned for home sessions.
