I came to AIH because I was struggling with anxiety and severe allergies, both skin and seasonal. I had tried so many different treatments and remedies, but nothing seemed to provide lasting relief. I was directed to Achieve Integrative by the VA. I am on my second round of appointments. I came to them with chronic pain from osteoarthritis in my hips, rotator cuff pain, and tennis elbow. After my first appointment, I went from having to grab my leg to place it inside my car when I drive to being able to lift my knee to my chest on its own. I was a diabetic for 4 years and in less than 2 months of treatments at Achieve Integrative Health I am no longer in a diabetic range for blood sugar levels and I am gaining feeling back in my feet. Neuropathy is nearly gone. Diabetic foot ulcers gone. Blood circulation normal again. Look at my before and after thermal scan. If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would! The staff at Achieve Integrative Health is phenomenal! The initial consultation was very thorough; they went over my symptoms and developed a plan to address my concerns. Although I was a little skeptical at first, I noticed substantial improvements after a couple of visits. My energy level has substantially increased, and I can sleep throughout the night without waking up.
