This bank has illegal practices, and then gets upset when you swear being upset. That's okay I'll be sending the federal trade consumer protection a letter and anyone else I need to . Calabro is ****in Spanish. This is ridiculous. Interesting how a bank that has broken the law can send me the most unprofessional letter swindle my money and over charged me hitting everything at once to get late fees . I think they should be investigated for criminal banking charges .
Watch out for this place. Waisted over a week with a loan rep. He approved me for an auto refinishing and approved me for a boat loan. After that i put a deposit on the boat, bought an insurance policy for the boat and changed my auto policy to show them as Lien holder. I had the signing of both loans scheduled and 45 min prior I get a call that my income verification isn't acceptable anymore and that they are declining both my offers.
