They dont answer phone calls, reply to voice mail, or emails. There is also no receptionist if you go in person. Ive attended once and had an average experience. However the lack of customer service makes me want to go elsewhere. If you are fine booking online then i guess this place is alright. However if you have to cancel or try to rebook you may have a hard time.
