Totally useless customer service that will act dishonestly and gives one the run around. Do not use as there are other Manitoba based credit unions that can provide good and quick service. Achieva does not.
Good luck getting your money out of here. Their useless customer service reps will do anything they can do stop you.

Extremely disappointing place to work with. I waited patiently for 1 week for Achieva to get back to me about an application for a GIC that they instructed me to send via courier at my expense owing to the Canada Post strike. Purolator confirmed they delivered on Monday, November 25th. I have spoken with 3 individuals and no one at Achieva customer service has gotten back to me to ascertain that they have received my courier or not. Or inform me as to next steps. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Achevia's support and customer service teams. From the start, every interaction has been insufferable.
