I made a request for an account transfer from ITrade to Achieva in March 2026 and I'm well into June and nothing has transpired. The call center doesnt respond to requests and so you can judge from this my current rating on Achieva service.
Outdated system, horrible delay. They held my deposit for months. Extremely frustrating experience. I am completely sick and tired of this bank.
Totally useless customer service that will act dishonestly and gives one the run around. Do not use as there are other Manitoba based credit unions that can provide good and quick service. Achieva does not.
Good luck getting your money out of here. Their useless customer service reps will do anything they can do stop you.
