A very helpful and friendly person
Valicia Peterson assisted me with my transactions this morning and she was so helpful and so pleasant! Truly the best experience I’ve ever had at Achieva credit union or at any financial institution to be honest!! She was so nice and couldn’t have been more helpful. It’s nice to bank somewhere where you feel welcome!

The only reason I opened an account was to deposit cash at the ATM. Monica (Nickie) initially confirmed that I could do so, and I asked multiple times. She continued to assure me by checking the computer, but appeared unsure and seemed unfamiliar with the process. I decided to proceed because she seemed confident and reassuring. However, I was informed that cash deposits are NOT available at the East Lake branch. I called to report this issue, and the manager was rude.
