Had a very good customer service experience. I've been with this credit union for 28 years they told me. Always very pleased with my experiences with them.
I’ve come here for years, and by far and away, Celina is the most helpful person on that team. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything gets done for me. I told her about an issue i was having with my account, and she gave me her email and followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of. Truly exceeded expectations, and made sure I was taken care of. There’s another achieva closer to me but i choose to go to this one simply for the amazing customer service. Thank you Celina!
