Long time customer that is very disappointed in the type of service/support from Achieva. Numerous trips to the Dunedin branch over the past two years to get issues resolved with mixed results. Their 800 lack of customer service number(assuming you can even reach someone) results in being connected to their "overflow" department where no one knows how to help a customer even with basic questions.
