I do not recommend! Tried to call this Dunedin branch (the number is listed on Google as the Dunedin location phone), it’s a robo call queue, sit on hold for EIGHTEEN MINUTES when they finally answer it’s not even the branch I called, it’s some call center. I need the branch, not some foreign answering service based in India! Back on hold. Eventually gave up after 25+ minutes, never did speak with them. Utterly pathetic service. I’ll be switching to a bank that cares about customers; Achieva does not. 👎👎

Rebecca Martinez located at the Dunedin branch was incredibly helpful with all of my banking questions and requirements. Not sure if a rating system of 1 to 10 goes to 11 but she deserves . All the praise that I can provide thanks so much. It’s such a positive experience Representatives are so enthusiastic and helpful. I recommend highly to anyone that’s looking for a change from the banking system they currently utilize. I wish I’d done this much earlier LEONARD

I've used Achievia for over 10 years. I'm originally from South Florida and understand Spanish people quite well. Today I had 2 Customer Service Reps on the phone and had no idea what they were saying. I even put my Mexican friend on the 2nd call and he couldn't understand him. What's going on?? Is it time for me to find another credit union???
