Wonderful Informative meeting with Abby from ACH
From my first contact with the ACH group they have been courteous, respectful and informative with information about our journey in and with Aged Care. Abby from the welcome team was amazing, thank you.
Abby was a friendly, very helpful representative of ACH I have health issues including very bad eyesight after failed eye operations. Abby assisted me and was patient with the time it took to complete the meeting.
Rhonda was absolutely amazing in explaining the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and how it ties together with the Support at Home Program. As cheesy as it may sound, she truly demonstrated what would be a five star customer service experience. Very clear, empathetic, and a pleasure to speak with.
My husband and I have Support at Home and Jake Whelan from ACH came and we signed a contract. We have been most impressed as we have received everything we need. Excellent.
