If I could I would give this organisation 0/5. You can be waiting for someone to pick up your call for 30 minutes and then wait for another 30 minutes to find someone who can help you. No one returns your calls. This organisation is very good at selling their services but can't deliver basic needs. Avoid.
Explained perfectly well how we go forward once support plan is allocated. Very happy with how Rhonda explained the financials and process for Mum and Dad.
Wonderful Informative meeting with Abby from ACH
From my first contact with the ACH group they have been courteous, respectful and informative with information about our journey in and with Aged Care. Abby from the welcome team was amazing, thank you.
Abby was a friendly, very helpful representative of ACH I have health issues including very bad eyesight after failed eye operations. Abby assisted me and was patient with the time it took to complete the meeting.
