Very very disappointed with the support I get from ACH it's been nothing but hard work for me from the beginning. I am constantly given the incorrect information and my statement has been incorrect from the start I was told my statement this month would be correct and again it's wrong and I am told they don't know what else to say as they were told it would be correct this month. My uncle Is on level 2 care but his needs have changed and he needs more help . The staff that shower and clean for my uncle are Fantastic. My two cousins and my Uncle have tried calling Bronwyn the Manager as uncle needs have changed and he needs more help urgently . I have contacted My Aged Care and have been informed his provider who is Ach can assist him with more help . Don't rely on this company to perform any kind of maintenance to your lawn, besides coring. Paid $140 for crabgrass to be removed, only to discover all he did was mow my 5sqm of lawn, weeds & all.
