Customer wanted chain hangers installed on his trailer. I quoted him 175 each trailer to hang them. After he brought the trailer he asked if I could build the hangers myself. I did all the work on 2 trailers and charged $400 each trailer, he claimed he had a quote from a dealership for $300, which was a lie, then he took 7 weeks to pay his bill.
