We would not recommend retaining ACG Associates for Pension Administration. During our relationship many errors were made, communication was poor and they proved themselves to be unreliable. Ultimately, they sent us incomplete tax related instructions and then lied that they had given us telephone guidance. This was a very unpleasant experience.
