Aces Express contacted me several times to make sure all information was correct. The driver was on time, turned out to be someone I knew for many years, Dwight Hines. So nice to see a familiar face and a caring person. I got to my appointment on time. Even though I was a little late. When I was through , I called for a pickup, didn't have to wait long. Dwight and Greg picked me up at the rehab facility, took me to the doctor and back. They were on time, courteous and polite. The ride was smooth, and everything went well without any issues.

I needed next day, one-way wheelchair transport for my mother. I called several non-medical transport services including Aces. I was impressed with Aces up-front pricing and customer service (thank you, Bridget). They were on time for pickup, polite and friendly and the transport was seamless. I was very impressed. They picked me up on time. They were very careful in moving me from my bed to the gurney. Very diligent driving. Waited patiently while in my appointment and were right there if I needed them. Thank you Aces!! Great job!!!
