I just recently got hired two months ago and even though I left four hours ago, the HR and higher ups just now noticed that the “coordinator” is gone it took them four hours to notice I was even gone, and I still have not received orientation, training, or any sort of basic acknowledgment that I have been crying and asking my heart out trying to even get the basic support that I need.
