We are now 3 weeks without internet access iin our office. We are a digital business and in 2025 this is totally unacceptable. Acefone provide no updates and pass this off as their vendor's issue. No communicaiton from them at all. No offer of reimbursement (as we are currently paying for something we can't use). Repeatedly miss scheduled phonecall we request from them. Quie frankly one of the worst services I have come across.

Sent me a final bill back in May 2024 continued to charge me!! apparently a final bill isnt final and you have to email them to cancel after the final bill

There VOIP phone service works fine with ACEFONE but I suspect they all do. However, where ACEFONE are really helpful is in setup. When you buy a VIOP phone it needs setting up and they do this for via a remote session; I could not have done it without their help. Plus, the mobile app is easy to use, again they can help with that. This is the first review I have posted in years, but I felt oblige to acknowledge their service.

One of the worst systems I have ever used. The system stopped working and when I asked for support the first time they said that they would call me back in two hours five hours later they called me back when they had concluded what the issue was they sent me a very technical message stating that they had been observing this and that And that it would never happen again the issue as it was a very rare situation.
