Awful customer service. I brought in my commuter bike for a tuneup and these guys simply refused to service my bike. They said it wasn’t worth the cost and that I should just buy a new bike. I guess they can afford to turn away business? I ended up taking my bike over to Battle Road Bikes and they were happy to provide a tuneup.
mediocre service at best. three times i have had three different bikes serviced, and always have a flat tire one day after. they suck at the details.
The store isn't nearly as large as the one in Belmont and I was fortunate when I stopped in that there were few customers. All the personnel was extremely kind and went out of their way to help me determine what kind of bike would best suit my needs. They let me ride around the block with a half a dozen different models until I picked two that seem like they would be the best fit.
