Unbelievably poor service and not knowledgeable about anything that’s not simple. Sure get your breaks changed here, but if you have anything slightly complicated wrong, they A) won’t know how to fix it and B) might make it worse. I’ve been to them several times despite the fact that when I went in to have my hydraulic breaks fixed my bike was returned to me with a broken gear-shifting mechanism. I called and asked about changing my bike chain. The shop was incredibly responsive and clear about their price (which is also good). Once I arrived, they actually told me I didn’t need to change the chain at all, and helped me do a quick oil change at no cost. My bike works as new now. They are a really nice shop and don’t charge people extra for service their customers don’t need. Will come back for more bike maintenance services later!
Amazing crew! I don’t know anything about bikes and their team was straight to the point and polite. I talked to Joe who gave me info on my single speed and about bike racks for cars. The crew in the back was working diligently and with great care on all of the bikes.
These are my guys here !! Never once and sales pressure like other places, when all your in for is repairs . Grew crew of polite sales and mechanics !
