I had a repair done here, and I can tell you that I was ripped off. It was cheap shoDDYY workmanship, the leather didn’t even match…my seat cover, The leather was so Thin and not durable at all… they ordered the wrong leather color. I paid close to $500 for a tiny 12x10inches and when I went in for appointment the leather wasn’t even there yet… they didn’t even call me to tell me… the entire seat cover could’ve been replaced for under $100. ACE did an incredible job of helping me reupholster my Memere’s antique chair to a show piece. Everyone was incredibly helpful. They originally quoted me 10-12 weeks but it was done well before that. Consider me surprised and delighted. I picked out fabric and explained my vision but they exceeded my expectations with thoughtful details. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome - I may have gotten a little emotional seeing the completed project. Would highly recommend and I will definitely use them again!!
I think the first time we did business with Ace Upholstery, and Francis Moreau, was more than thirty years ago. Our great friend, Jim went to high school with him. He told me of his talent, and he was not wrong. I brought in 2 chairs to be reupholstered. Woman I talked to on the phone was so nice, everyone was so helpful and nice when I brought in chairs and called for updates. The chairs looked so beautiful when they were done. Great experience!
I had a hard time finding someone willing to do a repair for me. I Needed zippers replaced on my slip covers for my couch cushions and New inside cushions made. They did an absolutely beautiful job for a very competitive price in a timely manner. I highly recommend.
