I believe Ace Therapy Services should be reported to the NDIS for their billing practices. They charged for almost everything possible including preparation time, short emails to clients, and even communication between members of their own therapy team. I understand that session fees and travel costs are normal for home services, but charging clients for every small administrative task that should reasonably be part of running a business feels excessive and unfair. Very unprofessional center, super rude management. Therapist don’t turn up to the sessions with any warning. The way they bill is completely wrong. For places like this is that NDIS has been reviewed because they screw the system and charge for things they shouldn’t . NDIS should conduct an audit to centers like this one.
Working with Fraser and Elorie has been a wonderful experience, they have heard what I need and acted to provide ways to make my life much easier than what it was, I am very happy with Ace Therapy Services.
I’ve been with Ace Therapy for a while now absolutely fantastic company would highly recommend them . Emma is my son’s Physio she’s just beautiful inside and outside she gave him 100% on sessions could not ask for a better physio The progress my son has made is outstanding if I could give 100 stars I would thanks again Emma great work lorraine and Jesse 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
