⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our experience with Ace Therapy has been extremely disappointing. The staff members themselves have generally been lovely, caring and great with my son, but the constant staff turnover is a major issue. We have had multiple therapists leave the company, meaning we are repeatedly introduced to a new person, have to build that relationship and trust all over again, and then before long, that person leaves too. I believe Ace Therapy Services should be reported to the NDIS for their billing practices. They charged for almost everything possible including preparation time, short emails to clients, and even communication between members of their own therapy team. I understand that session fees and travel costs are normal for home services, but charging clients for every small administrative task that should reasonably be part of running a business feels excessive and unfair. Very unprofessional center, super rude management. Therapist don’t turn up to the sessions with any warning. The way they bill is completely wrong. For places like this is that NDIS has been reviewed because they screw the system and charge for things they shouldn’t . NDIS should conduct an audit to centers like this one.
Working with Fraser and Elorie has been a wonderful experience, they have heard what I need and acted to provide ways to make my life much easier than what it was, I am very happy with Ace Therapy Services.
