I had an excellent experience with Ace therapeutic,this is my 3rd timeand I'm in construction and needed back and shoulder attention. From day one, they were professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand my needs. I had a disappointing experience with this physical therapist. The way they interacted with clients made it feel like patients were dependent on them rather than being supported toward independence and recovery. Their behavior often came across as unprofessional, and communication was not clear or respectful. I expected a higher level of professionalism and patient-centered care. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.
My experience with ace therapeutic was a very great experience very professional staff. very pleasant. Very nice to work with and most of all my hands are doing better so I would recommend her service to anyone anytime and anywhere. God bless you, sister. I broke my wrist last year in a work accident and was referred here for occupational therapy. Ada was extremely patient, flexible, and knowledgeable, and she gave me the tools I needed to successfully rehab my wrist. I would gladly refer anyone to this facility! Thanks again.
Everyone at Ace Therapeutix is warm and friendly, and Shital was a kind, knowledgeable, and patient physical therapist. Would definitely recommend to anyone for their OT/PT needs :)
