Booked an appt and had to wait over 40 mins. I get it, it was tax season....no problem there. I let them know that the taxes I owed never automatically came out of my account a couple days after tax day. Was given the response to give it a couple days. Upon checking with my bank, they said interest can be building on my account if its not paid and the IRS website said the account info for my bank was not found or unable to retrieve payment or something to that effect.
