Went there a year ago...and still have not received my 2019 refund. When finally got ahold of him because for a year he wouldn't answer phone or emails, he tells my husband he cant help. Now paying someone else to handle his problem!!!
This place is a scam and committing fraud! I gave them my legit tax information and they falsified records, yes it got me more money back but they lied and now I am having to go somewhere else to get my taxes fixed!!! Do not use this place unless you want to get audited by the IRS and pay more money back or go to jail for them submitting false statements. I used the E street office in Pensacola FL
We were in and out in less than 15 minutes, and got $2800 MORE than turbo tax was going to get us! Don’t go anywhere else unless you just don’t like money.
