I would highly recommend against storing your belongings here. It is such an old building that the pipes leaked all over my belongings while I was a tenant and destroyed everything. Go somewhere else. I hear that this happens often.

My 1St year renting at Ace. Yale student from Down Under. Heard about the water issue and it was a single unit involved. Took it upon myself to ask the owner. She explained CG complaint and how it is a leased space. Also that the contract and website clearly state that it is upon the renter to carry insurance as no self storage insures an occupant.
