The booking of a car is not difficult. But instruction is very poor. We can only communicate in emails or calls. As a tourist, how can I make so many calls in a roaming data? Their emails reply are slow and no clear instruction. No whatsapp contact at all, so primitive. ACE email didnt mention what i should do to get the car, until I asked around at Queenstown airport. Do not use Ace. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare! Just pay the extra 10% and go with a reputable service provider.
HORRIBLE/ Wouldn't recommend!! Double charged me days after I returned the car on time!! I only rented the car for 1 day!BTW THEY HAVE NO PHONE HELP LINE! What kind of reputable car rental company doesn't refund you right away when they overcharge you?! Or have a help line! they will take your money but if they double charge you they make you send a email that they can choose to respond in 5-7 business days. actually gross and the worst rental company I have ever used.
