We had excellent service from Shreyas who was very professional in managing our pick-up and drop- out. However, we were disappointed that our 'mystery ' car would have been a car unable to accept our 2 large and 2 small cases. It seemed very odd for booking.com to offer us a 2/4 door car when the difference between the two categories is enormous. We only secured a 4door car by paying an additonal upgrade premium. This seems to rather defeat the attraction of the 'mystery'.

A terrible company charged 110 of hour of fee and said I picked up after work hour. However there is no any indication when I booking and the staff didn't tell me as well when I picked up the car. Never and don't rent a car from this company. The boss is rude
Disgusting front desk Staff!! We went to collect and pick up a car we pre-booked since April we paid the full deposit and every in accordance but upun arrival, the front desk Curry reception said our identifications weren't sufficient therefore he could not pass us the key to our pre-booked Kia carnival which we paid for about 2 thousands dollars!!!
