Booked a Kia Carnival with them as I needed to move around 7-8 people. Arrived the morning of, told me it hasn’t been returned and that the next best thing is a small sedan! Made me wait around for 30mins for a replacement to then tell me I can pick up the car 4 hours from now. Never using them again. Not organised, no communication.
Car was pristine, lovely to drive, they made it easy to get a car, lots to choose from

Big shout out to Shrey and the team at Ace Perth. Not only was the check-in seamless, they went above and beyond when we returned the car and found out our flight was cancelled. They couldn't have been more helpful.
