Office closed and no shuttle dispite confirmed booking. Let down and had to make other arrangements at 5 pm on a Friday night. Hugely disappointed and inconvenienced . AVOID.

I chose a 'wildcard' car to hire via online... turns out it is a '3rd party' website and choosing car insurance at that time is perhaps not a good choice if there is a need for a claim. The car I received on the day was a Kia K4 2024 model. It was a pleasure to drive... very economical when driven in Eco and wonderfully sports car like when driven in Sports. Customer service was very good.
Offering very affordable price. Staffs are very friendly and eager to help. I will use them again when I have chance to visit Melbourne again. Be note that their office is 7 min away from airport by car.(They offering free shuttle service as well)
