Fantastic experience with Ace Melbourne! They were the only company that didn’t charge a one-way fee if we wanted to return at Sydney. For Intl travellers you can book the shuttle from the airport at their website to avoid international call fees! The shuttle came reasonably fast, within 15-20 minutes, though I would recommend booking the shuttle in advance (eg when collecting baggage at the airport). DO NOT rent from them especially on a Saturday. During my booking, their operating hour is not clearly written in the details. I only manage to clear the crowded custom one hour later (it's only 1pm afternoon) after landing ,which then their call center and shutter service completely shut down without any prior notification to me. I stood in the wind trying to get some sort of help from the automated calling system for the whole afternoon but nothing, dead silence.
