The customer service in the beginning was good but after we gave the car back to them they treated us like they are just about how to rip your pocket off, they charged me $50+ for just one bar of petrol consumption, what a joke you should let your clients know all these things before, I don’t recommend anyone to use ace rental, and will never use them again, thanks
a useless organisation. sucks that it doesn’t give a no star option. the customer service we received after our lovely holiday has me in shock, the treatment and the lack of understanding from the staff is pretty appalling. coming from someone who works in customer service, i think some performance updates would come in handy. will never be using ace car rentals again, plenty of better options across the road👍
Our family has just ended a great holiday to Victoria in the worst possible way because of this incompetent and poorly run business. The customer service was poor every step of the process. Nadia, one of the service team was one of the worst service representatives I’ve ever dealt with and her people skills, non existent. Walk across the road. East Coast Rentals is 👍
I Thought ending a holiday and going back to work the next day was the worst. But no it’s Ace car rentals. Bunch of scammers who will do anything to get money… had a car at 99.5% fuel (other 0.05% was the fuel used to get from the servo to the rental place originally), because of this I was turned away and threatened a $45 bill if I didn’t fill it up as of then. Never I my life did I think a servo trip would involve $1.70 worth of fuel, and the fuel gauge in the same position for the same result, disappointment and anger. St... read more
