Avoid this place! They are a "pick and choose" brand that doesn't follow their own policies. I brought in multiple forms of government ID and bills, and they still wouldn't "believe" my proof of address. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like you’re lying when you have the facts in hand. Unprofessional, discriminatory, and a total lack of basic customer service.
Poor customer service pick and choose who they accept my mate came in with online photos for proof of address and they accept him I come in few days after my flight and have physical proof of address and they miraculously now don’t accept the same documents my mate also showed Not very professional Wasted time thinking I was getting a rental car and shuttle service they offer is useless and takes forever to come Wasted time and money thanks
