My partner and I rented a very good Toyota Corolla cross hybrid and the staff were amazing! They didn’t try to scam us with false damage claims, and they understand “fair wear and tear”. We rented for two weeks from Melbourne and everyone was so helpful and efficient on return and pick up. Will use them again!
Scam company, Falsely charges for damages without providing photos or receipts of any issues. Refuses to provide information to make a claim on additional insurance you may have purchased. Don't fall for cheaper price than at the airport it's simply not worth the hassle and lies Ace rentals is known for.

From arriving at Ace Melbourne airport, it was a horrible experience. Immediately told by staff the car we booked would not take car seats even though they were booked together, and that they did not have a replacement car. After 30min of trying to find a solution with there staff, I looked at the car my self and noticed it absolutely did take car seats.
