Extremely poor service
The book a shuttle function on your website does not work. When flagging the issue with a staff was told not to worry about that. Poor service! Would not recommend.
Besides a long wait (25 minutes) for pick up during peak hours, the rest of my experience with Ace was really good. The customer service was good and staff was friendly despite being busy. The airport shuttle was prompt and they helped load my bags. The car I booked was available upon pickup. They did not pressure me to purchase in-house insurance. After an error with another rental company we met the lovely Maha. She was so very helpful and organized a car for us at short notice. She went above and beyond to help us be on our way. We were very grateful.
