Had a great experience with the company. Made an online reservation a day before, and picked up the car in the morning from the train station. The guys were really helpful, even got a free upgrade to the top-notch Ford Escape! We had a great experience driving up and down West Coast, and just dropped the key the next morning at the railway station again. Highly recommend.
