I travelled to the gold coast with the family. (2 adults and 2 kids). The shuttle bus to Ace rental location is clear and straight forward. It is a 10 min drive from aiport and the pick up was easy. Just give yourself enough time especially if you are travelling with kids. Personally i got there 2 hrs before the rest of my family arrived so i just picked up car and went to the airport as they arrived, rather than waiting in the hot weather with little ones. Hassle free experience. We called for pickup and they arrived promptly - driver was friendly and helpful. Process for collection and drop off of the car was smooth and easy. Car as described. Trouble free process. Happy to return in future.
The staff was friendly and the shuttle was prompt. There's also a really nice bakery right across the street where we grabbed a few things before going back to the airport.
