Absolutely pleased with my experience with the Hendra branch. Staff were kind and professional. The car itself (Ford Everest) was nice and clean and was delightful to drive during my visit to Brisbane. I dealt with Jess when picking up the car and then I dealt with the Manager John, when I dropped off the car and I can say both were very friendly and warm welcoming which made the entire process and experience smooth and easy. Thank you guys so much, I will definitely book through your branch next time I’m in town.

Waited over 45 mins for shuttle bus. They did not answer phones for ages until they did and were unhelpful. Online shuttle booking system was not working either.
