1 star for the MALES -who were not helpful... 5 STARS FOR THE FEMALE employees... I have had no issues with rental cars until today. A warning light indicating that there is an issue with the car tyre pressure turned on. Upon inspecting the tyres, one of the rear tyre had a dot like the one repair shops would mark if it has been patched/repaired. All the tyres where inflated. None was flat... I checked the manual in the little Mazda car and found that the psi for the car front and back tyres were 36psi and 33psi respectively... read more

I booked a wildcard car, not knowing what I would get. When the manager saw all of my musical instruments she told the staff to give me a bigger car. I couldn’t be more grateful.
