Thought it was really good ended up being horrific they charges me an extra $70 and did not return my $200 security deposit and when I tried to call to figure it out it just sent me in a loop and I never got to talk to anyone the live chat feature does not work and I still have not gotten my money back Im 18 years old and cannot afford to just let $270 go. I work for that money and am not going to let a big business just keep it.

1 star for the MALES -who were not helpful... 5 STARS FOR THE FEMALE employees... I have had no issues with rental cars until today. A warning light indicating that there is an issue with the car tyre pressure turned on. Upon inspecting the tyres, one of the rear tyre had a dot like the one repair shops would mark if it has been patched/repaired. All the tyres where inflated. None was flat... I checked the manual in the little Mazda car and found that the psi for the car front and back tyres were 36psi and 33psi respectively... read more
