I have just started looking at reviews of all companies that I intend to do business with.This company will not be on my list.Great attention to the customers needs is top priority.Just from these reviews I will be going elsewhere.
This is the worst place to rent from!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First of all, they don't deliver or pick up on a weekend! A PARTY SUPPLY COMPANY that doesn't pick up or deliver on a weekend, are you kidding me? They say they offer you a "weekend delivery" or "pick up" for a fee of $25, but then won't do it. I ordered an arch, tables, chairs, and tent for my wedding. They delievered all the supplies but the arch. When we finally got a hold of the delivery guy, he told us he would bring the arch within in the next 2 hours. He didn't sh... read more
The owner is unprofessional, will not deliver an invoice when asked, will not put your order together correctly, and the owner blames the customer for any problems! Save yourself the headache and use a differant company! You will regret using their services!
NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! When you approach a rental business, it's usually for a unique purpose and, chances are, you will not have dealt with them before and, chances are, you'll only need to rent your item one time. i orderd tent tabels and chairs for my daughters wedding and everything was outstanding and i would recomend them to everyone
I USED ACE RENTAL CENTER WITH MY WEDDING AND THEY WERE SO GREAT THEY HELPED WITH EVERYTHING AND RELIEVED SO MUCH STRESS FROM MY WEDDING!!!! SINCE MY WEDDING MANY OF MY FRIENDS HAVE USED THEM AND THEY AS WELL LOVED THE SERVICE IF U WANT A GREAT WEDDING OR PARTY THIS IS THE COMPANY TO USE
I was the photographer for a wedding recently where ACE failed to supply ANYTHING that the Bride and Groom had rented!!! The wedding was at a beach house so they rented tables and chairs for both the rehersal, wedding and reception. After numerous calls on the day of the rehersal and many, many promises by this company that they were "on the way" they NO showed....but the rehersal dinner still went on for 50 or so guests who all had to stand and eat.
