While the purchasing process was completely smooth as well as the delivery and set up I told them my biggest fear was to get any kind of infestation. After them reassuring me each unit was fully inspected I went through with the purchase only to get bed bugs which I now have to deal with. I've had my sofa for a month. Have always kept a clean house and now bed bugs are surfacing. Don't do business here.
