The staff member, Ronie, was extremely rude to us and tried to charge for cleaning despite us returning the car in clean condition. Very disappointing experience — I cannot recommend this company anymore.
They charged us for “standard cleaning” but expect the car to be returned as if it’s been detailed. Even after taking the car through a car wash, they still billed us for “partial cleaning.” They hide behind vague terms like “standard cleaning” or “cleaning in and out policy” just to add extra charges. On top of that, their customer service is non-existent—rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company.
Great time, had given the best car new kia sorento, easy arrangement, friendly staff, even can make advanced booking. U guys just saved my trip!
