These guys are great. Very fair. Great customer service. The staff were very professional and friendly. I would most definitely use them again and I highly recommend, Ace car rental. I actually hired a van. I didn't know it could be so simple and hassle free.

On two separate occasions, I was charged an after-hours fee of $100 despite returning the rental vehicles during regular office hours. I believe this fee is unfairly charged and potentially in breach of Australian Consumer Law. On two different car rentals from the same company, I returned the rental cars earlier than the original due date. I was advised that there would be no refund of the rental costs for the unused days, which I understood and accepted.
